Privacy Policy

TrekkrOS is currently in public beta. This is a placeholder Privacy Policy for our beta program. A full, legally reviewed Privacy Policy will be published before our general availability launch.

What we collect

During beta, we collect: your name, email address, and account role (Trekker or Operator). If you are an operator, we also collect agency name and booking data you input into the platform. We collect usage analytics to improve the product.

How we use it

Your data is used to: provide the TrekkrOS service, send transactional emails (signup confirmation, booking updates), and improve the platform. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g. Supabase for database, Cloudflare for hosting).

Data storage

Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS, us-east-1). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS 1.3. Booking data you input remains your property.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@trekkros.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. As we move toward GDPR compliance, we will add self-service data export and deletion.
