Terms of Service

TrekkrOS is currently in public beta. These are placeholder Terms of Service for beta participants. Full terms will be published before general availability. By using TrekkrOS during beta, you agree to these terms.

Beta program

TrekkrOS is provided as-is during beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable. We make no uptime guarantees during beta, though we aim for >99% availability. Beta is free and may not remain so after general availability.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be 18+ to create an account. One person or agency per account unless you have an Enterprise plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use TrekkrOS to: submit fraudulent bookings, violate Nepal tourism laws, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your data & content

You own all booking data, itineraries, and content you create in TrekkrOS. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant TrekkrOS a license to store and process your data to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

During beta, TrekkrOS is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We will notify users by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
